Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC reserves the right to deny services based upon content submitted through its website and/or through direct mail option. We are a publishing company that has a specific target group, mainly Christian authors and/or those who are submitting manuscripts of moral obligation and/or responsibility. We offer to direct potential authors whom we deem are not suitable for our services to other publishing companies that we are familiar with, provided that the material that is submitted is not derogatory, immoral, or in any way offensive. *This also applies to our editing services offered through Hunter Heart Publishing. We offer editing services for books, newsletters, and websites, but if we deem the content inappropriate, we reserve the right to deny our services, based upon our moral rights and responsibilities as a Christian company, and our beliefs.

Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC offers to its authors a reasonable time in which to determine if they desire our services. Once manuscript is submitted and approved, we require the full payment of services offered. The payment submitted is allotted to editing, book cover & layout design. These services provide immediate payment to its editors and designers; therefore, we are not liable for refunds that are requested from authors. These are services that are deemed “services rendered”, which means that they have been used by author. Hunter Heart Publishing does send final manuscript and book cover design to author for final approval before submitting for printing. Book cover designs, if not suitable to author, can be replaced up to two additional times after first design is created. After third created design, author is responsible to pay for additional book designs (This also applies to final manuscripts provided to author in Print Ready form.) Once final manuscript is sent to publisher, no other changes can be made or submissions received after this point. If author requests for new information to be added or deleted, further payment will be required.

Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC does offer services to Christian authors and those who are offering to submit content of moral obligation and/or responsibility. Since most of our business will be offered to Christian authors, we have to note that we DO NOT edit scripture through our publishing packages. If author requests to have scripture content edited, there will be additional charges that will apply. (Please see editing page for more information)

Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC renders itself not liable for any information included within manuscript that is not first agreed upon from original sources. Author MUST request for any information that is copyrighted to be included into their books. Author MUST obtain written or verbal requests from original sources before including in the work. Author is required to provide publisher with any and all bibliographical information to be included in book, and all information must be complete and accurate with Copyright information included. If author does not provide correct information, they are held liable for such. If author requests to have bibliographical content reviewed, and or corrected, there will be additional charges for service. *(See Publishing page.) *Once permission is verbally given from author to proceed, Hunter Heart Publishing is not liable for any damages or fees resulting from any such proceedings for Copyright Infringement.

Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC provides publishing services to mostly first time authors who have a need to get their message to the world. We offer basic publishing services which include editing, proofreading, layout design, book cover design, marketing, fulfillment, and distribution. Our publishing packages offer the author a range of services, depending upon the pricing needs of author, as well as the range in which they desire to have their work published. *Our first two packages DO NOT offer marketing outside of selling on our website, as well as Amazon & Barnes & Noble for our Premium package. If additional marketing is requested from author, we will refer you to our marketing page for further marketing opportunities at additional costing. For our Deluxe Publishing Package, we offer specific marketing outside of our website, and these services are fully included on our Publishing page for the price suggested. *Any requests for further marketing will be offered at additional costing and/or royalties received, whichever is received first. (Please refer to Marketing Page.) *Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC does not receive any royalties from books, unless the author has purchased a publishing package with marketing services. Royalties will be received at 40% to publisher, 60% to author (One of the best offers in the publishing industry).

Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC is not liable for any information and/or personal offers of information given in our forum. Please be mindful that this is a forum where authors are welcome to come and be encouraged in the gifting that God has given unto them. This is a tool offered to help you in continuing to reach your God-given potential, and to provide you with the tools necessary to fulfill your vision. Use wisdom and allow this forum to benefit you, and not hinder you. If the forum is abused by any author or individual, they will be removed and banned from entering into the forum again. * Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC deems itself not liable for any claims brought from any user of our forum who releases their personal information to others, and are harassed for such. Again, this IS NOT a chat room. It is an outlet for authors to encourage, learn, and benefit from another.

Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC reserves the right to deny any further services offered to authors customers, and/or vendors who willingly commit fraudulent acts, either through copyright infringement, unauthorized selling or distribution of books that is seen as “overcompensation” in the publishing business, any scheme or act committed against individuals to purchase books unlawfully, any illegal or inappropriate services offered through or on author, customer, or vendor websites and/or businesses. *Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC reserves the right to conduct a business of honesty, integrity, and character, and will hold fast to this vision in ALL aspects of its business.

Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC relinquishes any responsibility and/or liabilities for the returning of electronic files and/or photos. We DO NOT return these files, whether electronically or by direct mail. Please be sure that you make a copy of both electronic and paper files. DO NOT send us your only copies.

Hunter Heart Publishing, LLC is a registered Limited Liability Company with the state of Washington. All licensing and permits are current, and will be provided immediately upon request from any governing source or authority upon legitimate investigation that company request or authority is valid. Company is registered with the United States government, and all federal documents are in place and current; including, company EIN (Employer Identification Number).
