About Us
Hunter Heart Publishing was established by Chris and Deborah Hunter in Germany in January of 2008. After a year of ups and downs starting the company out, with name changes and website re-designs, and great struggles in faith, they have come out with Victory! Chris is a long-term server in the United States Army, with a background from Colorado Institute of the Art, where he pursued a degree in Mass Communications and Media Production. He has expanded his vision since then, and has taken these skills and merged them with an interest in Graphics and Media Design. He is a “created mind” whose creativity is essential to the vision of Hunter Heart Publishing.
Deborah is an author in her own right, publishing two books with Hunter Heart Publishing: Breaking the “Eve” Mentality and Raising Your Prophet: The Journey to Fulfilling Your Purpose in Life, both available on Amazon & Barnes & Noble. Her third book is being published through Destiny Image, Europe entitled: The Call of Intercession. She has a passion for getting the heart of God into mainstream society, and therefore, after publishing her first two books, heard from God to begin the publishing company. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies and Theology from Victory Bible College in Kitzingen, Germany & was ordained as a minister there on July 7, 2007. They have since re-located back to the United States and now attend Christian Faith Center in Federal Way, Washington under the teachings of Dr. Casey & Pastor Wendy Treat.
Chris and Deborah are the proud parents of three beautiful children, Jade, Elijah, and their newest addition to the family, a baby girl, Jael. They are also father and step-mother to three awesome young adults, Amber, Jamaal, and Neena. Their desire and vision is to pass Hunter Heart Publishing down through their generations to continue to “Offer God’s Heart to A Dying World”.
They both attribute their victory to God, as well as to their mentor and father in the faith, Dr. Will Moreland; for if it was not for his opening the vision up and encouragement, they would not have seen what God had in store for their lives.
Vision
Hunter Heart Publishing has a clear and precise vision to take the gifts and talents that God has given to them to equip and empower authors who have a heart for God and a desire for moral responsibility to use their gift of writing to inspire and encourage the world.
Mission
Our mission is to be led by the Holy Spirit in every aspect of our business. We purpose to offer our clients and partners an atmosphere of honesty, integrity, and loyalty. We utilize our foundational beliefs in Christ to honor and respect those whom God has entrusted to us by offering them services above and beyond other publishing companies. We purpose to inspire our authors and partners to reach their full potential, and to give them an opportunity to share their message with the world.
Statement of Faith
Hunter Heart Publishing believes:
- In God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
- The entire Bible is God’s divinely inspired words.
- All have sinned and are in need of salvation.
- Salvation has been provided for all people through Jesus Christ.
- God’s will is that every believer be filled with the Holy Spirit and speak with new tongues.
- Healing is provided in the redemptive work of Christ and is available to every believer.
- There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust. -
- There shall be a literal return of the Lord Jesus Christ to receive His church.
